Free trade zone to allow Armenia to increase exports by 30%

The agreement on the creation of a free trade zone with the EU will allow Armenia to increase its exports by 30 %, the head of the Armenian delegation to the EU, Trayan Christea, said today at the opening of the economic forum "Bridge" in Armenia, ARKA reports. He added that it will allow Armenia to increase imports by 18%.Christea noted that a possible effect of the agreement might be growth of 8.3% of Armenia's GDP.
